Better sleep with no hangover or grogginess
I have found that the Cornbread sleep gummies have helped me fall asleep rather quickly. Most nights, I am able to wake up in the middle of the night and then I am able to go back to sleep, which before was a big problem.
I am thinking I may need to graduate to the extra strength and perhaps alternate the medium strength with the extra strength. But overall, these gummies have worked the best for me to help me get a good night's sleep. And, believe me, I have tried several on the market. The best feature of these gummies is there is NO MELATONIN.....that is a big PLUS.

Love these sleep gummies
